Working with Web Parts and Tabbed Views

A common feature among popular portal sites - such as Google and Live portals - is the ability for users to add new pages and hence having tabbed views. When you have such a feature how would you allow users to drag web parts between the tabs? In this article I will show how to do that using the ASP.NET 2.0 Web Parts.
